Good front desk customer service and rooms are nice. Security is on site. The security company officers are very professional and respectful. You know you are 100% safe when security is on the property no doubt about it. They are trained to handle any situation you can imagine with quick, accurate, professional response.

This place was disgusting!! The bed sheets were dirty with hair and burn holes in them in a non smoking room.The room also had bugs in the AC unit!! I made several efforts to contact the property manager and he has yet to return my call I would give this place a 0 if possible.

Floor had soft spots. Heat in the room was set to 85. Had to leave the door open to cool the room and could barely get any sleep.

The motel was old and the inside showed it. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I didn't stay longer than 30 minutes max. The manager on duty only offered one night credit. I currently have a claim to recover that since I never stayed a night. I gave one star, if there were negative stars that would be my choice.

It wasn't bad for the price. Wifi is very spotty. Outside your room door its nonexistent. Property is huge. Signs make it seem kinda scary but they do have security on property though. All in all I will be returning to property next time in town. Also tons of stores near by and Dunkin being right next door is best.
