Tasty and bold. Loves the food. We had the Spicy Miso Ramen, Tonkatsu Ramen, Green curry Ramen. The appetizers are delicious. Highly recommended!
Small cozy Thai/Sushi reasonably priced restaurant with good noodles and sushi and nice service.
Amazing. I repeat, amazing food here. Such a small location but I haven't been disappointed the few times I have been. Service is great but hands down best Asian fusion place around. Much better than any food I have had in Chinatown so far. My girlfriend also loves the sushi here, but that's not my cup of tea. Highly recommend this place.
The staff were very welcoming. I was in a bit of a rush to grab a cab to make an appointment. I did not even need to tell them that. They were prompt in tending to me, taking my order, and getting my meal to me. And, oh what a meal it was. Succulent, buttery rich fish, with exceptional rice. The wasabi and ginger were unique and delicious. Like sushi? Definitely stop in. It is a Philly delight! Kind folk.
Worst experience ever! I ordered a Lunchbox which cost more than 15 dollar. It came with one dumpling with really dry meat in it. I chose shrimp in my green curry so I had to pay two dollars more. Even if I paid more money, I got four pieces of shrimps and little amount of curry on the bottom of a small box. I am wondering if I didn't get shrimp what will it be in the box. Only a little bit of vegetables in little amount of curry sauce. Dishonest business. Worst customer service ever. It was the receptionist's fault that she didn't tell me earlier that my address is 3 miles away from their restaurant when I ordered the food. After waiting for more than half an hour, I was expecting a phone call that asked me to pick up the food downstairs. However, she called me to pay 3 dollars extra or they will not deliver me food.
The food is pretty expensive for what you get, I got the beef teriyaki and it was $13.50 and the portion was suuuper small and mostly was covered in filler things like onions and mushrooms and it tasted pretty mediocre. Then I got the dragon roll and it had bones in the eel part of the sushi. I have never had bones in my sushi at any restaurant I have ever been to before now. Just don't eat here. It is very expensive for the portion size you are getting and they serve sushi with prickly bones in it.
Great sushi and other dish's at a reasonable price. I prefer this to Zento which is next door mainly because the prices are much better at Roe. I usually do takeout here because the seating is minimal.
Delivered two hours late. I'm sure they forgot because I had to call, and it was still another 45 mins before it arrived. Food arrived cold and was mediocre. Portions sizes make the prices obscene. I don't usually leave reviews but I am still angry today that I splurged $35 bucks for this food last night. I should have read the other reviews about the quality and delivery
This place was great. It is byob. You can grab a bottle of wine a block away. The sushi was fresh and well presented. Really good service. Interesting background music. Would go again.
Hands down my favorite sushi spot in Philadelphia. Low key spot with very friendly staff, and very good sushi! We used to live in Old City and miss it very much!
