UPDATED: Absolutely unprofessional, uncaring organization! My wife had an appointment scheduled for 2 months. Taking an extended unpaid lunch break, she traveled to the address that THEY had written down for her. They weren’t there?! She stopped and asked surrounding businesses. The doctor had moved. My wife hustled to the new address and they refused to see her. They said she could come in the next day at 8 am...she works and has kids to get to school! They refused to let her talk to the doctor. This cost us! Time, money, stress. If we missed an appointment they would probably charge us (if I get a bill in the mail over THEIR missed appointment, I will flip) but do they work with her or compensate her...nope. THEY made the mistake, THEY should fix it. UPDATE: Dr. Rigby called a couple days later to talk to my wife. After hearing the story he apologized.He has tried to make things right. We appreciate this. I increased the rating but only to a three because of his office staff.

Dr. Rigby is a very caring and sincere person. He takes time to listen, and gently leads me in the right direction for better health. At this point, I owe my life to him. I am feeling so much better, and very grateful. Katy, Dr. Rigby's assistant, is a joy to see when I visit. She is extremely positive, and always has something very kind to say. Thank you.

Dr. Rigby is incredible! My body is on its way to curing itself. I would highly recommend meeting with him...it'll change your life!

He was friendly. He seemed to talk fast and didn’t ask many questions about my own issues.

Both Dr Rigby and his nurse have a wonderful and caring patient attitude. Very refreshing. Took the time to ask in-depth questions and took the necessary steps to find answers.
