I have only lived here for two months, but I absolutely love it so far! The complex is in a very convenient location, and the units are very spacious and pet-friendly. Amy, Sara, Daniel, and Leon all do a fantastic job of making sure your needs are met. Maintenance requests are typically filled the next day, with consistent follow-ups to make sure the jobs were performed to meet your needs and expectations. The team knows almost everyone by name and often hold events to promote a sense of community. I would highly recommend Rollingwood to anyone looking for a home in the Birmingham area!
Rollingwood Apartments, this is an amazing place to live. The office staff is amazing, they are always on their game and tend to get things done quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is stellar, always so polite, and very good at what they do. The grounds are kept well groomed and clean. With two pools, two play areas for kids, and a dog park, it is a great place to call home for a family. These are by far the best apartments I have ever lived in.
Rollingwood Apartment Homes has been a great experience! We’ve been here for about 3/4 years now and the staff is amazing! From the property managers, to the maintenance team, everyone is very welcoming and hardworking. Any issues we have in regards to maintenance are completed within a timely manner. We’ve never experienced any negative energy from the staff. Thanks a lot for having us!!
This community has everything your family or you will need! There is a well kept playground, very clean dog park, basketball courts, and a nice creek that flows along some units. We have loved living here this past year. My neighbors have been so friendly :Maintenance is like family I will recommend this place 100% Beautiful trees.. nature.. and birds! I wish I had moved here sooner!
This place is amazing! I was moving to an unknown area for a job. So scared and didn’t know the area. I contacted the staff as referred to me by others. They were amazing! Amy, I believe was the property manager, she helped me so much and guided me to each area of the community. This place helped my transfer, and made it so easy. I love my apartment and the staff is amazing! I could not ask for a better transfer and help. They are so amazing and always there for me. Thank you, Amy and your staff for making me feel so welcome and meeting all my needs. I will stay here for a long time. This community is family.
Overall this apartment has been one of the better ones that I have lived in. Yes, there are occasional issues, but that is to be expected from an older set of apartments. The maintenance crew and office staff are very responsive to any problems. For the area and the square footage/amenities, the price is actually very comparable and well within market value. We chose this complex because of the diversity of the residents and the location. We stayed because we really do love the place.
Office staff and maintenance make every effort to help make my stay as this complex as pleasant as possible. Any issues that might arise get addressed immediately and to the best of their ability. Making the decision to relocate is never easy and the support they have given has allowed me to call Rollingwood home.
Rollingwood is a lovely apartment community. The new management team is really on the ball, as is the maintenance staff. The surrounding streets are fairly busy, due to the convenience of the location, but the community itself is relatively quiet. Grounds, pools, gyms, etc., are kept clean. Residents are pleasant, too.
Sara at the leasing office is INCREDIBLE, the best customer service I have ever seen. My fiance and I have been shopping around Birmingham, and Sara was quick to respond and patient with all our questions. Even though we ended up choosing a different apartment complex, we wish we could take Sara with us!
The leasing staff are top notch professionals. Their communication far exceeds typical leasing office and even though I utimately chose another property, I still wanted to give their staff kudos.
