Romeo Skate Park

They literally built this tiny joke of a skate park so the local PD can harass innocent skaters downtown. Even if you skate here you are still targeted by police for no reason other than the stigma of skateboarders. I’ve been questioned and even as far as searched for things I had no knowledge of. It’s connected to the high school and anytime there’s a sports game going on, it’s filled with little kids mindlessly running around and using the ramps as seats. When school gets out at 2:20, you’ll find kids use this as a hang out area, rather than an actual skating / biking zone. It’s very rare you pull up here and find people using it as intended. With that being said they didn’t do much to reduce street skating with this disaster. Give Romeo folks something bigger then the size of a shed... come on.

Honestly one of the worst places to skate but it's convenient

The faces of the ramps are wood which is a bit more forgiving than all steel ones when things don't go as planned.
