ROOM at Twelve

We had to stay here for a night and it was a great experience. The room is super spacious and comes complete with anything you need to make your stay comfortable even for just a night. The Lobby desk was super helpful when we came in and very friendly. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.

I booked this place because it had so many good reviews. This is one of the worst places to stay. Despite asking for room service multiple times, there was none for the three nights we stayed here. Not even delivery of fresh towels. The floor was sticky and disgusting. One of the wash basins in the bathroom did not drain well. No body picked up the trash either. I don't understand why they would treat paying guests like this. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room service for the local restaurant was friendly with good tasting options at all times of the day. Located close to the express way, so it was easy to get in from the airport. Down the road for a short walk to the aquarium and World of Coke! Rooms were spacious and clean, absolutely worthy of 4 stars. Will definitely look to stay here again if I'm in Atlanta sometime soon again!

Came into my room and noticed a bit of makeup on one of my pillows. The hotel turns into a loud, party spot at night in the weekends to the point where actual guests have no where to park because people visiting the hotel to party take up all of the party. The area is also not good. Not attached to any good restaurants. The Restaurant in the hotel left much to be desired. Their breakfast on weekend opens very late. My coworker said he saw a roach in his room. Overall this hotel used to be good but is now run down. It has not been maintained well at all. Would NOT recommend. There are plenty of other better hotels in Atlanta.

I’m a lifetime titanium elite and had ambassador status for before the pandemic, so I am a very seasoned travel veteran. The only thing good about this hotel was the service at the front desk and the convenient location. Everyone else was extremely rude especially the valet, they were never around and always had a very angry aura. This was also after a few $20 tips! The rooms were not very clean and there was no maid service at all. I stayed there for 3 nights. Very disappointing.

Customer service was to notch with Ms. Monique! The 2 bedroom suite I reserved was so spacious and clean. We had a great view of the pool and city skyline. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative note was the lack of customer service from the valet. The gentleman were quite unhelpful with alerting us to spots for guest parking. They keep trying to push the valley service and then got very "cold-shouldered" when denied. Several of our guests that night dusted the same issues.

Weekend getaway for me and my husband. Ariel at check-in and Crystal at check-out were both phenomenal and had great customer service. Crystal really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even though the bed was uncomfortable, we will be back because of the customer service.Rooms: 4/5

I just wrapped up another trip where I stayed here and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. They made us feel important and went above and beyond on making sure we had everything we needed. We also had to check out a day early but with it already being late in the day I expected to have to still pay for the night but they gladly let us check out early without charging us for the night. We also ate at their restaurant ‘Catch 12’ and enjoyed everything. Can’t wait to return in July!

Twelve Downtown Atl is an excellent place to stay. Actually my favorite when I come to visit. Rooms are nice and clean, restaurant is good, and the staff is fun and friendly, especially Dion. Last couple of times Ive stayed here he was pleasant, personable, and polite. As a Titanium member He has consistently gone above and beyond to make the check in progress a pretty good one while at the same time making me feel welcomed as a Titanium member.

To start off I love Atlanta! My room was very nice and had an amazing view off the balcony. Loved the view during the night off the balcony! The service was good and had no trouble with anything.Rooms: 5/5
