Had a few wedding dress appointments scheduled in Mobile on a Saturday morning during prom season. Went into Rosie's right after opening to see what they had before going to my appointments. Ms.Kathy worked with me and was beyond warm and professional. Ms.Kathy helped me pick out dresses, try them on and even asked to take pictures on my phone for me (I was by myself because my bridesmaids were not in town yet). If you are going dress shopping it's best not to wear makeup and jewelry as to not damage the dresses therefore I didn't have on any. They do have hair nets etc to protect the dresses IF you have a ton of makeup or hair products on FYI. The dresses were Very reasonable priced! You could easily find a nice dress for under 1000 AND they had a layaway plan if you need it. I recommend going early in the day bc it did get VERY busy, don't take a huge party of people with you due to seating space & don't wear a ton of makeup! Loved my experience loved Ms.Kathy. At least give the store a visit when searching ladies!

I will never shop here again. They did not tell me that they didn't do returns when I purchased my dress. When I tried to return it unworn and unaltered they proceeded to tell me that they didn't do returns but only exchanges and I would have to exchange it for something that cost more instead of equal value. The women even admitted to my face and my daughter that she didn't tell me about the return policy because she thought that I would get it altered and it would be ok. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will never shop here again.

Number one for formal wear in my book. I visit every time I come to Mobile. Selection, price, and customer service are unrivaled.

I've never had a bad experience here! If I can't find a dress anywhere else, I know I can go here and find a unique and special dress for whatever the occasion at a price that won't break the bank. I have shopped with Rosie's since middle school for homecoming, prom, mardi gras, wedding, and much more. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The dresses are well taken care of and beautifully displayed.

We worked with Ms. Cathrine to find a wedding dress for my mom to get married in 2 weeks she was absolutely wonderful.
