Outstanding service! I was greeted warmly twice upon walking into this beautifully kept Talbot's location. I was quickly assisted in finding the perfect top for my date night. Sandy went out of her way to help me locate exactly what I was looking for. Sandy, Betsy, and Michele also made me feel like a million dollars when I tried on my date outfit with my new Talbot's top. I am so grateful to have had this experience. The women who assisted me were so genuinely kind that I will absolutely return. They are a HUGE asset to Talbot's, and they were an absolute blessing to me!

I'm a Black women and I was in this store on 5/14/2022 at around 3:49 and the employees greeted me and treated me very nice. They didn't sit their and watch me as if I was going to steal something.You guys rock!!! Very friendly and I felt comfortable.

Today was a great day at Talbots in Spanish Fort, Ala. Tracy A. , the sales associate was very helpful, pleasant & fashion savvy. She listened to what I was looking for and in no way pressured me into buying anything because it was on sale . She work hard trying to find my size in several items from many other Talbots stores. I’m so happy with what I bought today & looking forward to getting the found items in the mail. I love Talbots, my classic go to store.

The ladies in Talbot's we're SO helpful and patient! I dislike shopping for clothes, but they made it fun and easy.
