Rosycakes Bakery is a bakeshop specializing in cakes, petit desserts, and old fashioned baked goods. Daily offerings include our amazing fresh cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing, jumbo cookies, banana bread, scones, French macarons and cupcakes.

Story

Rosycakes Bakery is a cake and dessert studio that specializes in finely crafted and detailed wedding and celebration cakes, sugar floristry, and dessert tablescapes. Our goal is to leave you and your guests with lasting memories of your perfect occasion. Whether it is a delicately detailed wedding cake embellished with our handcrafted sugar florals, a specialized tablescape, or a perfectly crafted dessert buffet, Rosycakes is sure to delight both the taste buds and the eyes. We show careful attention to each menu creation, dessert presentation, color palette, and flavor combination. Many times we use the cake design to set the tone for the display, as we create complementary color and flavor palates in the surrounding desserts. A Rosycakes cake is sure to be a showstopper, and the addition of a one of a kind, interactive dessert buffet, only adds to the experience.

Our Daily Bakery Offerings:
Now that we have a storefront at 701 Grand Blvd. we offer a delightful selection of baked goods. Cinnamon Rolls, scones, tea breads, cookies, cupcakes, pies, and other confections can be found in our display cases each day. Pick up a treat and then take it next door to The Paper Tiger for a very fine cup of coffee! Or for lunch you can visit Gabriel (Thur - Sat.) at his amazing hotdog truck. Lots of treats in our little corner of the world!

These cookies are SO GOOD. My guilty pleasure is the frosted cancer cookies at Safeway the impossibly soft cookies with the tooth achingly sweet frosting dyed in shocking colors. While satisfying all my cancer cookie cravings, this cookie is so much better! It tastes like butter, not ahortening. The frosting tastes like butter and cane sugar, not chemicals.
Pricy but perfect cakes. I loved my daughters big and mini birthday cakes. It was her first birthday and I was so happy and so was she. My guest loved the banana cake

You will not meet a more down to Earth owner than the owners of Rosycakes. Our wedding planner recommended them to us. We schedule a tasting and they were cheerful, professional and accommodating. Their cake samples were delicious and it was hard to choose one for our wedding. Rosycakes also catered our dessert bar, which included a variety of delicious treats. When visiting Rosie at her bakery, she and her family are always very generous about giving us treats to take home. Hands down, they have the best cinnamon rolls ever! On our wedding day, Rosie beautifully decorated and displayed our wedding cake, groom’s cake and dessert bar. All of our guests said this was the best cake and dessert bar they’ve ever had. We would highly recommend Rosycakes for special events, and even for stopping by to grab a sweet snack and a cup of coffee.
Very small, unassuming building, but inside are the most delicious cupcakes! Worth a stop, for sure. I ordered classic chocolate, as the other flavor in the case that day was raspberry I hate raspberry. So smooth tasting that I would actually go back and give their raspberry cupcake a try, tbh.
Today was my second trip to Rosy Cakes bakery. Is it possible to have a life-changing experience two days in a row? I think I may have found the glitch in the matrix. I walked in this morning to be greeted by a smiling face. The young lady manning the cash register exuding the kind of pleasantries that are the equivalent of a Venti white chocolate mocha in my world. She welcomes me back and asked me what I thought of the cinnamon bun and the frosted cookie I had the day before, if only she knew. Today she described a strawberry thumbprint cookie, which happens to be one of her favorites, and showed me where the cake slices can be found. I mentioned before that I’m very particular about Cake so I have to try it! In fact, I would say that every great bakery can be judged by a single slice of their cake. I often tell my husband that I judge restaurants by how good their dessert is. To me, the end of the meal should have as much care put into it as a beginning. The cake is a raspberry bliss Cake and it’s gorgeous! Alternating layers of white sponge and a raspberry cream filling. artistry in a box. So yes, it is possible to experience great service amazing product and chills two days in a row. Rosy cakes bakery is my new fave!
If you are planning a wedding, these are your new best friends. Having never been married before, Kim was able to think of all the things to consider that we couldn't even know to think of. Also they do a tasting box of cupcakes with the fillings in cups so you can mix and match. Comes with all the paperwork in a cute box so you can taste in the privacy of your own home with no pressure. Amazing!
Great family owned and operated bakery! Absolutely love thier vibe and thier cinnamon rolls are OUT OF THIS WORLD. I also had my wedding cake done here. So professional, kind and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!
