Rouse's Supermarket

It blows my mind that people are talking about how clean the store was: It's DISGUSTING! They were barely stocked and half of what was out was rotting. There was moldy meat in the display case, wrinkly vegetables out which also had mold, and just generally dirty. I can't even imagine what the self-serve stations are like and I definitely won't be eating any food that comes out of this store. I legitimately hope this place gets a health inspection soon, because there is no doubt that people have gotten sick.

I want to start off by saying Thank You again for the assistance Anthony gave my client and me today after he got tired from walking around the whole store. He was a breath of fresh air.

Just went here to try Prime shrimp in different flavors I’ve got 4 flavors and the shrimp was very good in butter garlic herbs sauce! The recipe and cooking instructions are very precise so I’ve got elastic and juicy shrimp, with delicate and yet distinct shrimp flavor in a delicious sauce! I served them with pasta and some parmesan cheese- very good!!! You can find them opposite to the fish and seafood section, in the horizontal open freezer.

As somebody who has worked for Rouses for years, I honestly love the store and the atmosphere rouses has to offer. With that being said, the experience’s from the staff are what make the impression which leads to customer satisfaction and retention. For the most part my trips are pleasant, and I look forward to coming vs going to Walmart or target. But sadly that is no longer the case due to a particular cashier. The little girl with the green dye in her hair is probably the rudest person I’ve dealt with, watching her roll her eyes at other customers, and catching her doing it towards me, giving dirty looks, throwing the receipt, being dismissive while asking simple questions, her attitude is completely uncalled for, and quite honestly it’s setting a bad tone, and the culture of rouses is better than that. I’m not a evil person who wants her job and livelihood to be at risk, but as the faces of the company a positive attitude goes a long way, and treating people with respect goes even further. I hope this matter can be corrected, and hopefully a learning opportunity that one bad attitude can deter business

Grabbed some cold coffee and a king cake. Clean store, friendly group, staff was stocking.

I enjoy this location. It's always clean the people who work at this location are nice and helpful. I haven't experienced heavy traffic or long lines. The produce is fresh and they keep the shelves stocked. It's also conveniently across the street from the other health focused small grocery store TraderJoes which I Love but Traders Joe's doesn't offer everything in my list. However at this Rouses I'm sure too find it. So over all it's a yes for me. Thumbs up.

We like that the signs at this Rouse’s is out of the aisle. Also we found that which that we were looking for easily.

I love it! It's the only one I will shop at. Always have everything I need in than some.

Everyone was very friendly and the store was clean and inviting.
