Sent back to wait for them to tell me to back into door. Almost 2 hours and no one has come out yet. And been staring at empty dock door this whole time. Can understand if it’s a busy place and all the doors are full, but waiting 2 hours past appt time is completely pathetic. Update: they have limited space in their cooler so reason I am waiting is they have to make room. So maybe some communication letting people know that when they check in would be nice. I hate bothering employees at places when you tell me that from the beginning I ain’t sitting here pissed because I’m oblivious what’s going on

Avoid if you can. They don't give two rats asses about an appointment, or you as a driver.

First drive way Across from BP Gas Station with Sign *Rousselot DARLING ingredients*turn Stop by The Gate Walk to Main Building Entrance Check in at the Window Will Open the Gate once you are Back to your truck driver straight wait for further assistance .
