It's a pretty good place to go it can be slow on days but they can accommodate us. So it works well for me. Just remember patience is a virtue

Im a driver and I have never in my life been more disgusted with a restroom than I have been with this place. People like to complain about other places having bad restrooms and what not, but this is ridiculous.The restroom isn't dirty here, it's filthy! The toilet is so clogged up that all the toilet paper has soaked up all the water! You don't even want to know what I saw in that toilet. And I'm not sure if that's a break room for employees or drivers, but that place is littered with potholes, just like the roads. Ugh...at least they have soap and water. Update: They cleaned the restroom and it look and smells a lot better. Still looks like it's from the 90's though. Now time to see how long it'll take them to unload. Update: Got here way before my appt time. Appt was in the morning got here late afternoon. Checked in and later that same evening got a door. About an hour and half later was done. I thought Heinz was supposed to be a big time company. If this is how they treat their employees and the drivers that supply them with their products then I just don't know how to feel. They do have overnight parking, but didn't really read the rules on that. Something about overnight parking only being Monday-Thursdays.

Very disgusting restrooms (don't think I'll ever be able to ingest Heinz products again), EXTREMELY LOOOOOOOOOONG wait times, numerous EMPTY docks, staff must have read prior reviews b/c they are a bit more friendly. They say overnight parking is available Monday - Thursday (23:59 on Friday), but also saw a sign that said no overnight for outbound loads. Unless you are here with a clean clock, you're in bad shape. Walmart, TWO miles away has parking. It says "Limited to Walmart trucks only" but they are still letting outside carriers park, all I can say is be respectful and not a filthy POS and it might stay this way. Overall, plan on being here a long time and quote your rates accordingly!!

Very bad never come here... Becarefull for the old lady at the receiving office she has a very bad attitude very rude and unprofessional. Started yelling at my driver because he was sliding his axles. Yelling at the top of her lungs " Leave immediately this is not a truck stop I'm going to call the police"
