Got in 30 minutes early, appt time was at 6am and they had me unloaded 2 minutes before 6 am. Whoever was the guard and unloader on door 13 on 4//10/18 at 5:30 am, need to be commended. That is what customer service is all about. Guard made me felt very welcomed. In and out, just how I like it.

Super nice people. Once we got the trailer backed up to the dock it got unloaded really fast. It take a long time to get to that point but there was an issue with our appointment time being changed. We actually finished earlier than our original time, but long after our adjusted appointment. I think it was our fault though.

Not sure what's going on at this place today, had 4:30pm appt arrived and another trucker who was leaving said I hope you got enough hours, it's 10:47pm and just got door, had over 7 trucks in line waiting. Font plan on coming back no time soon. One restroom all the way by check in at guard shack SMDH.
