Had a wonderful experience with the Assistant manager Kiosha today! She was bright and very respectful! If we can talk about the bad experience talk about the positive!!! She made my morning and was helpful each time!!
Fast and courteous service. The sales person was very helpful. The store is clean and well lit. Ample parking and clean exterior. Fully stocked and plenty of snacks.
I have never had an issue with this location, the staff are always friendly to me. @ customers complaining about not being able to order food certain time of the day, what you fail to realize is that many locations the cashier does not work in deli and vice versa.
It's a convenience store that sells REALLY good fried chicken. Odd but true. I'm from the south so I know whereof I speak. Other than the chicken, it's a pretty average example of a convenience store chain.
Four stars for the chicken - We all know or if you don’t - then don’t take my word for it, try some for take out chicken that Royal Farms is quite good, and depending on your taste and which location is making it better than Popeyes, KFC,TTK etc overall. The secret though - go when they are busy. The minute that chicken goes under the lights it’s time is limited. But if you’re fortunate enough to hit it where they say “sorry you’re order will be a few minutes, I had to put a batch in” - Don’t fret - you’re in luck! It will be that much better I promise. Their chicken seems to be a bit more susceptible to drying out under the lights.
The chicken from Royal Farms is oversaturated and causes swelling in the legs.
They have an awesome home style chicken salad that is off the chain!! Like I could eat it everyday!! The MAIN PROBLEM IS THEY RUN OUT OF IT EARLY EVERY SINGLE DAY!! They need to learn to make more of the home style & not so much of the other kind because there's always so much of the other kind left! It seems nobody likes it!! Their early morning n late night employees are very friendly, helpful & kind.
The chicken is pretty good, but some products are sub-par, however for the kind of place it is, it's good enough. The store is well stocked with a limited but varied selection. The employees are for the most part nice & friendly, but some are cold and borderline rude only 1/5th of them.
Honestly wish I could give it zero! Still waiting on a reply from royal farms as we speak but they seem to concerned with other issues rather than their customers! Also funny how you can’t contact any of the headquarters/ service line! Because they don’t want you to call they want it done online total disregard for their customers! No respect for the people who actually keep your business running! Shopped at royal farms 365 days a year for the past 5 years spent at least 30 dollars a day and that’s besides the fact! But yesterday I was in my local royal farms as I am everyday stated above and I was refused service because I wouldn’t pull my mask down! I told the cashier that we are still in a pandemic and I was not going to remove the mask my id is enough verification as she has also waited on me plenty of days before without issue of the mask all of a sudden my id wasn’t enough anymore I was then yelled at by said cashier stating in quote “I do not care about the pandemic” I was then shouted at again that she would call the cops if I were to not leave the store I then asked another employee for the store number not phone number for those of you confused but the actual store number for their location and was again denied the store number! Now I’m not sure if said people were having a bad day but at the end of it all it was no way for a customer being myself to be treated. I hope I get a follow up within the coming days! Ah before I forget she also claimed she was the manager but I know she isn’t and then changed her position to store leader so if there’s no manger on site what is actually going on here!
For an "inner city" store with its share of "hangers around" at the front door this is a great store. This building also houses the corporate headquarters so maybe that keeps the staff on their toes. I like to stop here. I always have a five-star experience.
