The pharmacy has improved significantly over the past few years. The pharmacists Derrick and Charles? and techs are on point.
When Walgreens took over from Rite Aid, they abolished the phone message where one could leave a prescription refill. Now you have to wait a long time before speaking to a pharmacist. Totally unnecessary waste of time. CVS isn't far away.
Unpleasant phone voice, just make up rationales for prescription problems. Could not get vacation refill when leaving for mothers funeral. Pharmacy in Mo also Walgreens only delivered one script. Doctor must make repeated calls. Really substandard
Prices have significantly gone up on basic products ever since Walgreens took over this Rite Aid location. All the locals have noticed. Taking my business to CVS, and other Rite Aid locations.
