These guys are the best. I've been in the luxury leather goods space for five years and our company recently stopped doing monogramming. As such, I've gone to Royce for all of my personal and gifting needs. They not only execute perfectly, but they have great insight into what will be the best placement, color, type, and size of your monogram. Overall really great experience with ROYCE. Right off the bat they were extremely polite, helpful, and quick to respond to an inquiry email and then all questions following. I visited the shop in Bloomingdales NYC and although my piece was not easy to monogram, they found a way to get it done exactly as I wanted it. William Bauer, the managing director of ROYCE, sent me an email a few days later with a photo of my newly monogrammed item that he personally worked on for me. Highly recommend! Very pleased.

Extremely happy with ROYCE and the quality of their bags. Just purchased a second handbag ( I have their New York Carryall and New York Travel Tote) and love the quality and craftsmanship. I get tons of compliments as well. Any email questions I have had are returned within 24 hours, so great customer service as well.

I purchased the Royce Leather Compact Writing Portfolio Organizer in Genuine Leather, Plum color and couldn't be happier. It is well made, professional looking and a gorgeous plum color! I recommend this product for a professional appearance !
