Received excellent service there! Was being helped by the store manager and another employee, they helped me find a rather rare size and were helpful in general. Nice!

Ok, my initial LB experience years ago had nothing to do with livation, I just didn't like the feel of the fabric in their jeans. I was a long-time Levi's wearer. Recently had a chance to browse around while the world's greatest wife was shopping here, and I think I've changed my mind. While the price is steep ($109), the fit is great. I had to return athe pair I first bought due to some manufacturing defects, but the staff pleasantly exchanged my jeans for another pair. They expressed concern about the problems, and even said they'd take it up the corporate ladder (who knows, but at least they said it). This location (the one on 5th Ave at 22nd is now closed) is well stocked with variety, sizes, and very helpful staff.

Returning service in this store is a mess. Employees there are not responsible and totally disaster. I've been shopping lucky brand clothes for years and had no problem with either retuning nor purchasing from other stores. this review only gives to this specific store in Columbus circle. Long Story short: everyone knows that you can return your products purchased online to any local stores however this store will secretly use your return label that will charge your shipment later. I double checked when I was returning and two employees lied to me that. After I was charged with shipment I called and asked the lucky brand company and they told me this store was doing wrong. Also they didn't give me receipt or emailed me one at the day of return even when I asked for that. They delayed mailing back my products for ten days. Luckily I called and checked. Otherwise If they keep delaying the warehouse will not accept the products to be returned since it's never in the returning process 30 days after purchase. Will the employees keep the clothes by themselves then? Who knows. Anyway the returning process took me three weeks instead of one day. It's not all about that shipment fee but about a store being honest and responsible.
