We love bringing our Great Dane to the RR team! Both locations have friendly and familiar faces as well as great facilities. We have used them for daycare, long weekends, and also training. We recommend them to all of our friends with dogs!! You won’t be disappointed:)

Ram, I wanted to send you and your upland hunting team trainers, Tony and Joe, a note of appreciation and recommendation for the excellent job performed training my British Lab, Olive. I had the opportunity to take her on first pheasant hunt this weekend, and I could not be more pleased with her training and performance. She hunted hard and close to me all day, responded perfectly to hand casting commands, heeded “no bird” commands without the need for correction, and retrieved to hand like a seasoned pro even though she is only seven months old. Her performance on her first hunt vastly exceeded my expectations. In addition, her general obedience on and off leash has been fantastic. I highly recommend your upland hunting program to anyone considering professional training for their hunting companion. Thank you.

We have been bringing our dog Haleigh to RR for 6 years ... for dog training and boarding..... She LOVES it . Can’t say enough how wonderful they are to her . Everyone is kind , knowledgeable and very caring !!! We are sooo lucky to have such a awesome place to bring Haleigh while we go on vacation and to be worry free !!!

I first sought help from RR Professional Dog Training three years ago for my adopted boxer mix, Laila, who exhibited aggression toward people and dogs. At the time of her evaluation, I was seriously considering returning her to the rescue, but I was immediately impressed with Ram's ability to interpret Laila's behavior and set up a plan for training. Through many months of private lessons and group classes, Ram and his team of stellar trainers patiently worked on Laila's reactive behavior and obedience. They also equipped me with the tools and knowledge to anticipate Laila's behavior and effectively redirect her focus. I now feel confident walking Laila in public, introducing Laila to new people, and trust Laila to follow commands amid distractions - all feats that were simply not possible without RR's help. Laila has stayed at both the Carlton and Sturgeon Lake kennels. I consider their boarding facilities to be the cleanest and best-maintained of any facility I have used. I now exclusively use RR Professional Dog Training for all of Laila's needs and give them my highest recommendation.

The initial customer service here is not great so if you are bringing your dog for the first time be prepared for a little disorganization and less than stellar customer service. That being said, the people here at Ram's really know what they're doing. All the trainers are great, and we love boarding our dog here because the kennels are big, they give them a lot of playtime, and the price is right. Our dog is always excited to go here. All in all, 5 stars.
