BEWARE!!!!!! Spent $200 on a SMALL Japanese maple. Followed their instructions about care and it died within weeks. Called about a refund or replacement. Said only available if THEY plant. Not what we were told when we purchased. ZERO customer service!!! AVOID!!!!!

One of their professionals designed four beds in our garden. Unfortunately, there were problems with the installation of the plant material in two of the big beds. For example, in one of the beds they planted three plants that should be 8 or 10 feet apart in a tight space not bigger than 5 feet. There was overcrowding in the second bed as well. It's difficult to know who made the mistake: the designer who selected the wrong plants or the crew that installed them because no one took responsibility. The sad part is that they charged me again to fix something it was not my fault. Needless to say, I will not hire them again to do the rest of the garden; it will be cheaper to select the plants myself, and hire a small company to install them. Live and learn.

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and very friendly! Plants are healthy. Installers were great! Highly recommend RSC!

Horrible customer service. Better off using a smaller company. They are condescending and un interested.
