Do not hire Sposato landscaping under any circumstances. If you are in a community do not renew your contract or hire this company. Extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and treat homeowners with contempt. I’ve experienced Sposato in a few communities and this is what you can expect: ✓ Workers do everything but cut your grass. As soon as workers are out of sight of manager, they talk or text on their phone or take a break. So, if it is your building or home that he is supposed to be trimmed or cut, it doesn’t get done. ✓ Workers are so reckless, they break whatever is in their path or on your porch: lanterns, statues (even of Mother Mary), decorative items. Every one of my neighbors has had items destroyed, no compensation. The night before, you must remove as much as you can, still they break your property. ✓ They find a house that looks vacant with a shade tree and pull up all the vehicles on the grass and eat lunch, leaving debris behind. There is plenty of shade on the property (a golf course), but they select a home. ✓ They now ride a grass cutter holding a blower to remove grass cuttings. They enjoy blowing all the debris up on your porch every week and love it when your garage door is open and they can blow all dirt in there. ✓ Grass is cut unevenly. They use large equipment, so in smaller areas, it doesn’t get cut at all or just part of the yard. ✓ Even when homeowner or property management presents Sposato management with photos and video, they are argumentative and always side with their men. ✓ When Sposato is in your community all day, where do you employees go to the bathroom? You got it. Disgusting!

Sposato does the plowing for Senators in Lewes. The community is up in arms about the terrible job they did plowing, HA, our community is barely passable. They did a one run strip. We have a cul-de-sac that had people basically trapped in it. The clubhouse parking lot has barely four spots. This was the first year we used them and I feel safe saying it will be the last. They s..k!!!!!!!

This is the worst lawn care group I've ever seen. We live in the Senators neighborhood in Lewes, and we have a lawn mowing contract with Sposato. They often skip their weekly lawnmowing' claiming there was rain when there was none. The grassy areas look awful, and it's embarrassment when guests come over. I have never seen a less responsible company. They constantly break the covers on our irrigation drains without repairing or replacing them. They are irresponsible and do nothing but make ungrounded excuses. If you want your neighborhood to look nice, don't hire them!

Called and spoke to a Bonnie for new service. Such poor quality of customer service not to mention she never remembers what she said to prior conversations.

Sposato cuts the lawn for Sea Air Resort in Rehoboth. Its not the best property maintenance money can buy and its not the worst. The way I see it is you get what you pay for. Nobody walks into a Kia Dealership with enough money for a Kia and walks out with a BMW. Sposato is the same game. If You only have money for a Kia lawn job that's what your gonna get.
