Ruby Tuesday

The staff was friendly, it was a full restaurant with a small wait for big groups since it was the day before mother's day. I felt like there wasn't enough choices on the menu that really wowed me. I went with a basic bacon cheeseburger for the price it was a bit disappointing because I know several places with better burgers for better prices, Dessert was great. Our waitress wasn't super attentive to us but overall my mom and I had a great lunch. The atmosphere was great.

For those that eat a plant-based diet, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Fargo. The salad bar has endless options for many different flavor combinations, and it is constantly stocked/refreshed. Hubby usually gets the shrimp/fish combo & loves it. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe and plays popular, easy-listening music. The wait staff is very courteous and interactive. On busy nights, the longest we have waited for a table was about 10-15 minutes.

I asked for a well done cheeseburger but when it came it was half raw. I was very disappointed but our server was quick to apologize. She sent it back and got me a new one which was very good. Their salad bar is awesome! I will definitely be back.

Love the salad bar & the ruby Relaxer. The Ruby Relaxer was served in a big glass for the tall one, & the flavor was so smooth & refreshing. That's probably because it's made with real juice & not some mixer. The service was great. Our server was very attentive with just the right amount of personal touch. The Salad bar was filled with fresh flavors that was very satisfying.

Great experience. Excellent waitstaff, fresh and we'll stocked garden bar, and they give you a free burger for your birthday (upon signing up for their rewards program). Would definitely suggest it for a good bite to eat that's right off interstate.
