Sam's Club

Recently had tires put on 2 vehicles and went to get them rotated. Discovered they did not put hubcaps on very good and now am missing one and another was ready to pop off. Had other vehicle in to get tires fixed as they leaked. Checked pressure and found they were not at 50 psi as it said on their check list. It took them 2 hours to fixed and rotate tires even with an apointment. Customer in front waited 3 hours to get new tires installed after they said it would be about an hour. I would never buy tires from Sam's ever again even if I had to pay twice as much as other tire stores. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM SAM'S CLUB!!!!

I don't have a membership but I work next door at Lowes and come often for lunch. Normally nothing really stands out about the service but today was different. Burgundy hair girl with a braid was extremely welcoming and handled herself with professionalism during peak lunch hour. Well done M!

My experience was alesome. Very friendly cashier gave my children a treat and the door man was very polite to myself and husband... Good job ND . Everyone here in this state hasn't been that nice since we moved here..

I don’t know what happened in the last couple years but the staff here are horrible. No one is happy or knows where anything is at or what products they do or don’t carry. It’s incredibly frustrating. Every time I have came to the fargo same club this is the case. It’s unfortunate that the Moorhead sams club closed, it was night and day difference between the stores.
