I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. They took the time to explain the dishes and what they had in them. The owner even came over and explain the history on a few dishes we ordered and showed us how to properly drink a Turkish liquor. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will be back for more.
This is the BEST Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine there is! The food is 100% authentic and made everyday fresh! From the drinks menu to the lamb, to the bread and hummus, it is all wonderful. The staff, specifically Oxana and Rudy the owner, are phenomenal! What an experience! Staff: 5/5 personal attention to each customer Products: 5/5 great products with good options made fresh Health: 5/5 they have amazing healthy options and vegetarian options too Facility: 5/5 clean and well organized Location: 5/5 easy to get to with parking out front
Very pleasant staff. Good fresh food. Hit a pleasant day, so sitting out on the patio was enjoyable.
Their salad is not clean. Found a bug in it and it was alive. Glad I saw it that before I ate it.
Best Turkish restaurant in the Baltimore area! This restaurant in on the higher end in terms of price, but totally worth it for the quality and service. We came here around 12 noon on a Sunday and there was no wait. Our party got a variety of dishes- falafel, sigara boregi, lentil soup, Turkish doner kebab, lamb chops, izgara kofte, baklava, kazan dibi, and chocolate pudding. Each dish was absolutely delicious. Falafel is fried with a hard and crispy outer shell. It comes with pita bread and plenty of hummus. Sigara boregi had a very light flavor consisting of hot, flaky, and delicate fried dough wrapped around feta cheese. Most of the other dishes also had light flavor/seasoning, including the lentil soup, all the entrees, and the salad that comes with the entrees. There is salt and pepper on the table if the flavor is too light for you, but I did not need it. Doner kebab was the only entree that came with a yogurt sauce, and I had difficulty telling the difference between the slices of lamb and beef. In retrospect, I wish I got the $25 brunch special. It's a really good deal, as the entrees in the brunch special are the same price and size as the non-specials, plus an appetizer and baklava! Kazan dibi tastes like a creme brulee without the burnt sugar on top, and the chocolate pudding was surprisingly rich and delicious. There was 1 waiter serving all the tables and he was extremely fast and attentive. Fruit juices are also good- I recommend the apricot juice.
This restaurant has weekend brunch, happy hour weekdays, catering options besides the lunch and dinner menu. We were here for a weekend lunch and had Chicken Adana yoghurt and Spinach feta pidepizza with apricot juice and all time favorite Ayran. The pide/pizza was bland but Chicken Adana was unique in taste- ground chicken meat cooked on top of thin in-house bread and topped with tomato sauce. Pide is served with soup of the day and it was lentil soup. Looks like they also have live jazz music on Tuesdays between 6-9pm.
Had a great lunch here. Very authentic, flavorful food. The staff was attentive and accommodating. I would definitely come again. Parking: Easy parking.
Took a large group for lunch, 10 people. Everyone was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. Portions were large. Highly recommend. The soup is worth raving about.Food: 5/5
I stumbled on Rudy’s one day when my wife and I were driving around exploring one day. The decor is very Turkish, which I find charming and fun. The food is a bit on the pricy side, though the portions are large and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend the falafel, though only an appetizer the home made falafel and hummus are some of the best I’ve ever had! The staff are very friendly albeit somewhat quiet and reserved. I’m very interested to come back in when they have belly dancing and live music too!
I love it here. I literally cannot eat here often enough. I order takeout desserts for holidays. They easily accommodate allergies and other needs.Food: 5/5
