I LOVE the Detroit Brick Pizza!! As a vegetarian the menu is limited for me, but that just means I get the delicious thick cheesy Brick pizza every time! The special they had with the potatoes and runny egg was SOOO good!!!! I hope they bring that one back. The staff is also super chill each time I go there. I highly recommend checking this place out.
Yummy Detroit style pizza. Very friendly staff and kind and attentive to our dog. The pizza is so delicious that you wanna go back everyday.
Rudyards is the best!!! Food is incredible! Strawberry daiquiri made from real strawberries! Ugh! Brittany behind the bar is a total gem! Ugh! Everything there is perfect!
Great food and great atmosphere. Discovered this place recently. Went there when I saw they had a Detroit Style Pizza. So glad I did because it’s the best damn pizza in Houston. We also got the patty melt and it was awesome. Highly recommend this place. Only reason I am taking off a star is that the staff are not required to wear masks. I hope to visit again when the COVID risk is lower.
First time going. The food was good. I had the garlic knots and fries. I also had a frozen strawberry daiquiri. There was a wait for food but it was worth it. Staff was friendly.
Went for comedy night…didn’t disappoint. Food smelled good but had already eaten. Drink were good…strong and flavorful. Comedy was too!
Great beer selection, music's usually pretty good, and nice mix of crowd. Got the margherita pizza this time but haven't had a bad meal here. The last review above was from about a year and half ago.. this bar has changed a lot unfortunately. It's completely dominated by non-locals after 7pm. Also a lot of the old staff that made it special has left. Curious why honestly. I still love coming here before 7. After that, it's all entitled yuppies and strangers for comedy shows or niche gatherings. Still great food though.
This place is a little gem. Absolutely loved it. The pizza was fantastic, fish and chips were great and I loved the curly fries.Food: 5/5
Absolutely one of my favorite spots so far. Lots of camaraderie between staff. Ordered different dishes each visit: nuts and bolts onion rings, fried okra, fries and bean and cheese nachos were deliciously prepared to perfection. A nice drink selection. This review is mostly for the upstairs area, as the energy at the base level is very different and unfamiliar.
Some of the worst food I've tried in my entire life, honestly. Got Cesar salad, hard to ruin that one, but it was soggy, half tasteless, haft spicy from so much pepper. Fish and chips with home fries - also a simple dish. Home fries were greasy and very much over fried, but nothing compared to the actual fish. I was hoping for golden color crust, but it was almost BLACK color from how much overcooked it was, and the whole plate had a stink of burnt food. And then of course the burger, that had cheap toaster bread instead of a burger bun.
