Rumbi Island Grill

Okay, I'm torn with this place. So for the price and quality of the food, it is so worth it. The portion sizes are huge. Needs to come with more sauce without having to pay for more. The only down side is that when we called to order in, the man got upset at me because someone before me had placed a larger order and then not picked it up. That is not my fault that some people do that. I almost wanted to cancel the order because of it. So they need to work on customer service a bit more, but overall, a good place to eat. Yummy food!!!

Food was not bad. BUT...when I asked for military discount the cashier said "because it is so expensive". Then they got my order wrong; guessing on purpose. I was polite the whole time and left without a scene. I will not be going back and I will let everyone on base that I know that the employees do not like military. There is another one in Ogden if I ever want to try it again.

I haven’t ever been super impressed by Rumbi’s until I came to this one. Although it took a little longer to get food, it tasted great and was at least warm. This is an experience I haven’t had often here. The staff was very nice and helpful as well!

As far as the food, it's pretty good. I'm very dissatisfied with the cleanliness, however. Half the tables were dirty or still had leftover food stuff on them during our whole visit. Wow... Pretty poor quality inn that area. There were only three tables with people sitting at them...us included.... So it's not like they were really busy.

Poor service and they even got my order wrong when they weren't even busy! I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THE TIME! Negative 5 stars!!!
