Runaway Bay Apartment Homes

I have lived here for 4 years; the community is safe and we got everything nearby. However the electricity is so expensive in here and the A/C don't well it is always a little hot in the summer even when i turn the AC on and it's always too cold even when I turn the heater on in the winter.

I love my apartment! I've lived here over 3 years in different size apartments and they're incredibly spacious! Christie is an amazing community manager and her assistant Keith does a great job! This community is truly professionally managed. Thank you for being consistent year after year.

Pros: The staff are the best. The apartments are beautiful and big. maintenance are quick and efficient. Cons: Electricity is so expensive and the AC doesn't help that much during the summer. My apartment is currently 78 degrees and I am sweating.

is there any way possible to turn on the fountains in the lake it is so relaxing to see the fountains after a hard days work plus it would get the fish moving thank you in advance for your help in this

We’ve been here since October and so far no complaints. We love our spacious apartment. Staff are nice and prompt with any questions or concerns.
