Just went in to try and sell several North face, Nike and Patagonia jackets/shirts and a blonde woman was so unbelievably rude that I left. I said “hi are you accepting clothes this evening” she rolled her eyes and said very rudely “have they been washed in 48 hours” i said I think so- I washed them a couple of days ago but most of them are new- she then repeated herself 4 times and rolled her eyes and laughed…I’ve sold with you guys 11 times and your staff gets worse and worse. I didn’t even bring the clothes in- several with tags still on them. What a joke. Alyssa Tombarge’s and other reviewers are spot on. Stay away from this place.

What an experience. I typically don’t leave reviews but this was bizarre. I got dirty looks the entire time I was shopping, then I asked for a dressing room and the women acted as if I was an inconvenience for just wanting to try on clothes. Not coming back.

Came in to exchange items, they took 7 items and gave us about 2 bucks per item, I took the cash and left and felt there is more than what they took missing so we called asking what was going on and if something was missing. Jessica answered the phone, very rude lady, raising her voice saying repeatedly we have all the items they didn't buy. I hung up after a while and she called back right away, I ignored the call and she called back again, after we ignore the first call right away like a lunatic, saying that we're accusing her of stealing our clothes and said due to us "accusing her" we are no longer allowed to do business in that store. She continuously kept saying frantically "We have cameras to prove nobody stole any of your clothes!". I do know for a fact were missing more than 7 clothes cause our bag was filled when we came in and it was barely half full getting it back. The bag posted is the bag used. Runway Fashion Exchange is a joke and Jessica is nuts

I had a 5 star experience with the associate Annette! She helped me pick out an outfit that was perfect and comfortable! I would recommend her helping anyone out with their needs or wants!

A lil expensive for some things but nice thrift store found some cute clothes and have good size dressing rooms. Staff is super friendly and nice

Clean and organized thrift store. Great options. Places to try on stuff. Fabulous savings. Plenty of parking.
