Located just off I-95. I had the unfortunate experience of choosing this nearby parking lot to stop for a grand total of 5 minutes to help get my child cleaned up after he was carsick. Just as I was putting my car into reverse to leave, a man who bears a strong resemblance to the older brother in the Wonder Years pulls immediately behind my car with a very long trailer loaded with a boat. He approaches my car to mansplain that this was not a public parking lot and I shouldn't be there and he will have three more boats coming and it is too damn bad that I'm there. I got out of my car to ask him how long he would be before I could move my car. He basically told me to deal with it. I yelled that he sucked as a human and if they don't want any cars entering their parking lot for any length of time they should post a sign. He told me he was going to call the police. I reversed around said trailer with boat while he talked to the office manger about how stupid people are. Yeah. Stupid me for encountering him.
