This place is ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I came in with my boyfriend and was prepared to make a purchase that day for our first puppy. No one had greeted us and there was not a lot of activity in the store. When we finally decided we wanted to see one puppy in particular one of the associates denied us play with her because we simply did not make an appointment when there was barely 3 people in the whole store! How do you expect to do business with people if you won’t let them see a puppy’s temperament. Later that day we ended up making our purchase somewhere else with a much friendlier and caring staff further away from our home. So unpleased with this place. Would not recommend to any of my friends looking for animals

This place is head over heels better than most pet stores you'll encounter. The staff is invested in the care of these animals and do so much behind the scenes to ensure they are treated well and go to a good forever home. The negative reviews I see here are ridiculous. Puppies get sick, if you complain about it, you don't really want a dog, you want an accessory for your family. If you walk in and act like a thug (like I've seen multiple times while shopping for my doggo) I don't blame the staff when they ignore you. If you're a serious pet owner and want a clean place that works with REPUTABLE breeders, Safari Stans is the place for you. Do your homework. Look up the select few breeders they use before yelling "puppy mill" because it's far from the truth. People will look beyond ignorant reviewers like I did and find their family's missing piece. Couldn't be happier with my little Pug. Keep up the great work.

I came into the store to replace my 35 year old cockatiel that passed away. I couldn't be happier with my new bird they were so kind and pleasant and explained to me that it was too early to get my new little guy and I had to wait 2 weeks which I gladly did. I'd much rather have them tell me I would have to wait for my little fellow it showed me they were concerned about the bird and not just selling a pet. I give them 10 stars out of 10 fantastic people and place. I would highly highly recommend anybody to buy a pet here. Happy New cockatiel owner.

At first I was so pleased with the bunny we bought. We were told to buy the female since we had a female already at home. To make a long story short, the manager checked to make sure it was a female and gave her to us. Now my I have a litter of bunnies at home because the bunny he sold me was a male. I went back to the store to find out how to take care of the bunny and I spoke to the same man who kept contradicting himself about how to care for them. I will never rely on him again!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. They sold me a puppy who’s severely sick, and now my older dog is sick and they don’t care to take any responsibility for it. I was being calm but firm and the employee amanda was completely rude and out of line. Her: we didn’t sell you a sick puppy, he was cleared by vet. me: are you insinuating i Gave this dog severe kennel cough within 24 hours of having it? Her: I’m just saying it wasn’t sick while with us. heartless. Absolutely heartless
