All Pets Club

I stopped here last week with my sister who was returning a bowl she had purchased for her cats. My sister explained to the cashier that she had purchased the bowl for her cats water, but the bowl was leaking. She also explained that she could not find the receipt for it, but that the bowl still had the All Pets price tag on it. The cashier was friendly with us and called over another woman who we assumed was her supervisor. This woman started to give us a hard time as to why it was leaking. She proceeded to take it to the back room to test it out. After waiting for around 20 minutes we informed the cashier that we had an appointment and needed to leave. At this point the cashier started to give us a hard time because we were leaving. My sister told her to just keep the 13 dollars for the bowl at this point. I could not believe how rude these people were to us. If they didn't want to let us return the bowl because my sister lost the receipt that is one thing, but there was no need to be so rude over us returning a defective product they sold! I have shopped here for years but will never step foot in this store again...

There is a pretty good selection of fish and reptiles. I say pretty good, because as of late it's not as good as it once was. They sell puppies. And there is a large (largest?) selection of quality pet supplies. The staff is relatively knowledgeable about their livestock. But they seemed to all be in high school still, so arm your self with your own knowledge before taking their advice. Some are better than others, but nothing beats experience ;) Over all APC is a good experience and I would reccomend a visit.

Local puppy mill that sells the new trendy cross breeded dogs for thousands of dollars. They have a wide range of birds rodents and exotic pets like rabbits chinchillas sugar gliders. It is a good place to get food for pets they have just about every Brand. They also have a wide range of saltwater and freshwater fish, but I don't know that I would buy the saltwater fish there as the tanks don't look like they're well-maintained.

Love this place. Great selection of fresh and salt water fish, live aquarium plants and coral. There are always dozens of puppies for sale and several rooms for some hands on playtime with them. Plus birds, rabbits, turtles, reptiles, and small furry critters. An attentive and knowledgeable staff rounds out the shopping or browsing experience.

Stopped in for crickets, having just gotten off the highway from out of town, and was concerned that it was late. As always, was greeted at the door, and when I asked, was told I had plenty of time. I got my bugs, having been greeted in the fish section as well.At the register, was greeted by the cashier, who was friendly and engaged me in conversation. The service and the friendly staff are the reason I shop here and avoid the Petco's, and such in the area.
