The place is run by kids.Even the manager is a kid.They have no knowledge of any kind.So yes friendly but sometimes you need a serious adult with some knowledge of animals.Thats why we go there we own animals

Incredible staff. Amazing prices. The (assistant?) manager of the store came over to help me pull down beds (that were 50% off!) for my dog. At one point he even offered to hold the leash while I tried them out with her. When we were ringing up they offered me a membership which was incredibly convenient because I lost my receipt and had to make a return and they could pull up my last purchase through my membership. When I was leaving from the bed purchase, the gentlemen who helped me with the beds carried it out for me so I could open my trunk. Will be coming back for all of my pup's needs!
