I went into the store yesterday and received top notch customer service from Jordan. He greeted me with a smile. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and he answered each of them and gave suggestions to me and my son. He truly made my day. I will be a returning customer due to his professionalism. I had no idea what to do and he helped me and my son. He was AWESOME!!!! Kindness goes along way and you never know what someone is going through, I just thank him for treating us in such a pleasant manner. I won’t ever forget our experience!

I called ahead and spoke with Jordan who was very pleasant. Very helpful. The cashier was not half as pleasant as Jordan tho. They have 49 breeder tank on sale for $50 Awesome deal! I got everything I needed for my Bix Turtle

Excellent customer service and great selection of products. If you're looking for items to spoil the furry member of your family, this is your place! The employees always greet you when you enter the store, and they are very helpful with any questions you might have. Plus, you can donate a meal to a local shelter every time you check out!

This size store straddles the difference between the really small supply-only pet shops in town, and the big box Pet Shop that offers everything. The prices here are pretty good, and they have a nice selection of higher-end pet foods that you won't find at the grocery stores. The offer products for pretty much all types of domestic pets. We also like to purchase some of the more unique snacks that you can only get at a pet store versus what you would get any grocery or larger retail store. Employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable at this location.

I love PSP!!! And the staff (Kyle) is awesome! Always willing to bring my items out to my car, bring my cart back in, get me a cart...it's those little things that mean the most.
