Checked out some reptiles here, definitely domesticated in here, I'm assuming pet smart raises there own reptiles in laboratory's. Cool place though , staff was friendly. I'll be coming back to pick up some food for ruby ruby ruby so ho!!!!

Everyone was really nice and helpful except for one specific manager. I don’t know her name but she was older, maybe in her 40s, brown hair, like 5’4” and the most unhelpful, attitude welding person there. We bought a snake today and we bought this little log with holes for our new snake to explore. We bought it in the reptile section, in fact, it was called a reptile exhibit, so you’d imagine it would be fine for snakes. Well he got stuck in it so we brought him to the store so we could get him out without hurting him. We successfully got him out and I wanted to exchange that for something without holes so that didn’t happen again. The lady told us we couldn’t exchange it because we were ignorant on the fact that it was for an aquarium. We proceeded to show her on the receipt that it’s for reptiles and if they knew it wasn’t appropriate for reptiles why are they being sold as a reptile exhibit? She argued with us for a solid 10 minutes saying that they didn’t “sell” us that and it wasn’t in our basket when we got him (it was blatantly sitting on the top for the decorations out last). Finally she offered store credit and I said “that’s exactly what we wanted to begin with.”

Every time I come here I have a pleasant experience. Mainly,with the fish and Bird staff, they are very helpful and the cashiers a friendly and quick
