Love All Pets Club! Shout out to Ryan and John who are super knowledgeable, always friendly and pleasant. Weekly shipment of beautiful fish at reasonable prices. Love how clean the tanks are, and how clean the store is overall. The employees make the store!

Could be cleaner but the cuteness of holding puppies makes up for any negative feelings. Also, adopt if you can. If you have allergies and need a purebred hypoallergenic dog - like me - this place has good options.

It was crowded and messy with too many shelves and hard to walk around. We went here because it was the only place in the area carrying pet rats but I won't be going back. The person who sold us the rats didn't know or care at all about them, first trying to give us a mother of a newborn litter (if we didn't know better and took her, those babies would never survive). Then he put the ones we picked in boxes and didn't put air holes, we had to do that ourselves. Then he asked if we wanted a bag to put our LIVING BEINGS in. If it wasn't for one other employee who had helped us earlier and actually cared about and understood the animals, I would give 1 star.

I am absolutely disgusted with the Southington All Pets Club. Forget the fact its an extremely small store, hard to navigate, not clean, prices are outrageous but the store manager Ev is extremely rude & disrespectful. I purchased a puppy & bought pet supplies & afterward I was so turned off with the way they handle things. Everyone says something different, very poor communication, lousy customer service. Even to ask a simple question over the phone they are extremely rude. Some employees have no clue what they are doing nor do they care. I'm in shock that this is a All Pets Club...I have been going to the Wallingford store for over 10 years purchased 4 puppys there. At Wallingford I can't say enough at how helpful, knowledgeable & respectful they are. The wallingford store along with branford is emaculate such a larger selection of EVERYTHING. There is absolutely no comparison. They actually care about what they do take the time to hear there customers answer any questions & give the CORRECT information they go above & beyond...Unlike Southington. I will continue my business with the Wallingford & Branford store. These two locations are polar opposites from the Southington store. Definitely NEVER giving my business to the All Pets Club in Southington..its complete trash. They have no clue how to treat customers & barely any knowledge about puppies. I'm glad I brought my puppy home away from that pet store I feel bad for the other puppies..poor conditions all they care about is making a sale not about the puppy's well being & definitely not there customers.
