Groomer only 1.0 star rating 1/21/2018 I had an appointment to have my dog groomed today. I went and was told that the groomer was on a break. I tried calling thinking maybe the groomer would pick up the phone while on break. No such luck. So I waited for 15 minutes and then I left. There was only 1 line open with 5 customers at the front counter and no one else to ask a question so I called the main store once I was in my car. The person who answered the phone found the groomer and asked what happened. So they confirmed I DID have an appointment, but no one told her before she went on break. I asked if there was an appointment book or electronic record and was told 'yes'. SO how do you take a lunch/break without checking to see if you have any appointments? They did offer me to come back at that very moment. I said no thank you. How do I know you are not going to forget my dog in the bath or tied up somewhere? No offer of a coupon or a discount. And no real explanation. It's sad because I live right down the street but I will be exclusively using their main competitor from now on.

Always have what I need, but not a fan of the customer service. In my numerous visits over the last two years, i have yet to encounter a friendly, helpful, courteous cashier @ this location.

I really do like coming in to this place but my only problem some times is there's never enough employees or u just can't find them. An when u do sometimes they no nothing about the area there posted in.

The people that work there are very knowledgeable about betta fish. That's what I was coming to look for to maybe buy another one and they were very helpful at that.
