Paula is a down to earth straight shooter; she knows her business inside and out. They have been my dogs groom all his life (he's eleven years old.) Paula and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and work on the weekends ( including Sunday's.) Paula was the only person who would answer my questions when I first got my dog ( a rescue right off the city streets of Hartford.) I knew nothing about dogs and she went above and beyond to help . She was also the only groomer willing to work with him. Please go see her and trust her she knows dogs!

I took my 3 beagles here and they did an awesome job. Paula is so kind! She was great with my dogs and was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was definitely worth it! I recommend them!

Paula is one of the best groomers I've ever found. She loves dogs, is an expert at what she does, and I've never been dissatisfied. Top-notch place.
