I have been a new customer since September 2017. The first time Waggin Tails came to the house was wonderful. The second time they came to the house, their van broke down and the groomer gave me the choice to skip the bath or give it in the house. I opted for the house, and everything seemed ok, except that she had to leave the dog pretty wet. I called the office and told Karen what had happened and she said they would give me a discount on the next grooming. Good. The third time I made an appointment, some confusion ensued, and the person did not show up until 11:00 am. I had down on my book 9:00 am and my confirmation also said 9:00 am. This time, today, I was up and waiting for Mimi to show up at 9:00 am, and it is a no show. I called the office at 9:15 am and left a message to call me back. Did not receive one. I called backed at 9:45 am and spoke to Laura and told her that I had an appointment for 9:00 am and no one has showed up or called. She said there was some confusion again, and that she will check into it and get back to me. It is now 11:45 am, and I have NOT received any call or email. Again, I have my confirmation stating that my appointment was for today at 9:00 am. I am so disappointed with the service I have received, and will not recommend this service to any one. It makes me sad that this continually keeps happening to me. This review makes me sad, but I can't keep making appointments and getting blown off and not say sometime. Debra Cavallaro

The owner is very rude and should have stuck with grooming. We tried the day care and training and it was a complete let down. I didn’t feel the staff really knew what they were doing when it came to tending to the dogs in daycare. Only answers i was given when my dog was injured was “i don’t know” or “I’m not sure” after doing more research i found the owner commenting on other comments on Facebook stating her disagreement and discussed with dayscares and how wrong they are, so that left me with one question! Is it the love of dogs at play in a daycare or is she only i it for the money???? It’s a very cold feeling when you walk in very corporate like and i definitely didn’t get the feeling my pup was well tended to. I would really do you homework. Just because it’s updated and seems to be a great operation is not always the case. Oh and i didn’t even get a call from anyone there to check on my pup. Just a cold place and there bottom line is the good old dollar and unfortunately the staff does not seem worthy of the high over priced rates

If Patty was still working there, I would still use their service, she was the only one my dog trusted. She was so kind and professional. If only I knew where to find her. She was the best groomer I've ever had. And if Patty's not there, I'm going to have to find a new service.

Wagging Tails has been watching my cats over all of my vacations for the last eight years and I always come back to happy, satisfied kitties. I love to read the reports on our fur babies' behavior that they make on each visit. When we had a senior kitty who required subcutaneous fluids daily, they had a staff member who was able to provide that service (so much better than sending her to be boarded.) When weather prevented me from returning to town for an additional day, I received a return call within 30 minutes of my initial message explaining my situation and was able to have the service extended until I could get home. I have been very pleased with Wagging Tails' professionalism with a personal touch and completely trust them to take care of our cats.
