Fur Babies Self Service Dog Wash,LLC & Dog Grooming

This place is amazing. Set up beautifully, everything you need from brushes, towels, wash cloths, multiple types of brushes and combs. Variety of shampoos and conditioners, toys, treats. They even offer full service grooming. A few things, water does not get very warm so if your pup gets cold maybe bring in your own big fluffy towel for after because the dryers aren't very warm either, though they have plenty of power to get the job done. Staff is kind and helps get you set up and explains everything and then even keeps coming back to make sure everything is going well! I had my pups nails clipped. My little girl was screaming so I go running into the back to check, well, she bit the owner because she was so scared, and bit her good (she's 7 pounds but has big teeth!) She's never done that, I was so worried for my pup. Despite her doing that, they were so kind and caring and even finished clipping her nails, just with me holding her! The owner even came over and pet her and later on didn't avoid us or make me feel bad about it. She kept checking in on us and even kept petting my little cujo and saying hi to her. I felt horrible, I know it happens, but it's never happened with my pup, and the owner was just wonderful and kind and stayed calm. Only other issue is that they only take cash tips, I never have cash! I really felt like I needed to leave the lady that just kept on trimming my dogs nails like it was no big deal a nice big tip, but I couldn't! So keep that in mind. This place is a big plus, we drove 17 miles to get to it and it was worth it!

Went for the first time yesterday instead of going to Petvalu. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, more accomodating, or more helpful. The place is very cute and built with dog friendliness mind. The baths are open and raised so your dog doesnt feel trapped and there are stairs to the dryer so you can actually walk up with your dog. There were numerous options for shampoo, all which smelled great, and also many optional tools and brushes to use for no additional cost to control shedding. The layout was very thoughtful and the facility was super clean and even smelled clean! The pricing was very reasonable for the value. I loved it and am so excited to find a place where my dog isn’t anxious to get a bath. I will definitely be coming back.

I have brought my large 95# German Shepherd here several times and am met with enthusiastic kindness and help. The set up is superb and the prices are great. I will be going back very soon.

Wow! Just picked up my dog Tanner at Fur Babies! What an incredibly different kind of place! Friendly, very attentive customer service, my dog looks fabulous, thank you Mimi! So happy to have found you again! I met the owner (very personable and customer service oriented), got a tour and it's just a great place with a homey feel. The services are unique, great prices, all products used are made in the US, and I can go back next week and wash Tanner myself using their tubs, towels, products, etc. What a great service! Oh and they're open on Sundays! That's an added bonus for me. Ladies thank you so much for taking such great care of Tanner! I will be back soon and will be sure to tell all my friends to check out Fur Babies!
