Gentle Jungle Pet Store

My puppy had an issue after purchasing it, they were super fast issuing a refund for the cost of the treatment, according to State regulations. I like that they offer affordable financing options, making it possible to get the pet you like. I gave it a four star because they made me buy some stuff I did not need, like this outrageously expensive corn syrup gel to prevent hypoglycemia. A bottle of Karo corn syrup for under $ does the same. The puppy food they forced me to buy was outrageously expensive as well. But that is my only pet peeve. Other than that, I would buy again from this store.

I usually refuse to shop at pet stores because they receive their animals from mills. However, I saw this place was family owned and seemed to have decent morals judging by the website so I decided to stop in. Typical pet shop - dogs in small crates, some looked horribly sick, extremely over-priced. Discovered they are lying about “breeders” they receive their dogs from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I purchased a leopard gecko from here almost three years ago and it is one of the most healthy lizards ever. She is about three and a half years old now and is one of the most beautiful geckos I have seen. The store purchases such quality animals. I would recommend this store to anybody looking to buy any type of animal. UPDATE: I just purchased a Shih-Poo and he is the healthiest, most loving dog I have ever owned. Lexi was a huge help and very knowledgeable about the dogs. I would definitely come back here!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY PETS FROM THIS PLACE. If you really love animals then you would understand omce you step foot in this store. If you are not then let me tell you; the way the animals, especially dogs, are kept there is heart breaking. They are kept in small cages where they poop which kind of stays there. People are allowed to interact with animals as a “part of pet buying process” which is ridiculous. I really feel for the animals over there.

They sell kittens for $400 !!!! Who do they think they are ? The cats arent even pure breed!! Just regular looking ally cats!! It would be cheaper to get a kitten off craigslist and vaccinate it at a vet yourself than to be bamboozled by this shop! Not to mention they dont take care of the animals properly at all! They had a chinchilla for sale that didnt have any of the proper space or things it needed! And they have the audacity to sell it for $500 when it's probably ill from improper care! These animals are being put in tiny boxes and being sold at outrageous prices that no one in their right mind will spend! Spending their youth in this captivity only to never be adopted due to price and then never wanted due to older age! It's disgusting and I'm going to report them on their animal cruelty! They should be arrested!
