The Dog House

Animals are adorable, some of the staff were really nice. But the manager lady's attitude was very disgusting. I don't like how she handles her customers, she dresses like she's going to a barbecue and her personality is just awful. You may get a fake smile here and there but she's awful. I wanted to pet one of the puppies and she told me that I couldn't because, one of the puppies were eating? They weren't even eating and she just wanted to give me and my family a hard time and then we wanted to see the rescue part of it,she lead us there and didn't say anything to us and walked off. Then 30min wait,a lovely worker there gave us Info on the animals and let our family pet the animals. I HATE GOING TO THIS PLACE. Only love it when the manager isn't there!!!

i would give it 0 stars. I got a puppy from there on 5/28/18. I have never owned a pet. He was certified as being healthy and when I took him to a vet on 6/1/18 which is within the 7 days of purchase. It turns out he has Giardia. I also have made my research only to see that for his kind of breed I was way over charged. I have a father who was operated from stomach cancer and Giardia is transferal to humans. I filed a suit. Reading some of the reviews here shame shame and more shame on this people who own this place

I have been here. This place need to be shut down.51’s on employers for allowing neglect to happen. The place stinks and the dogs I seen looked sick from the smell of urine and feces. I would not rate this 1 star. I was looking into adopting a dog but the smell got to me. The employees don’t even say hello to you. They don’t say anything about adoption. Just a cold shoulder. A woman just kept looking at a book. No cameras allowed due to living conditions and being a puppy mill. You can tell it’s a puppy mill by the way they care for these anorexic, malnourished dogs. You can also tell it’s a puppy mill due to the conditions the dogs live in because they want you to feel sorry for them so you can buy a dog. It’s psychological abuse and in the end it is about money. These people just want money and support a puppy mill. Congratulations to anyone who buys from here saving a sick dog that could have been prevented with proper care in the 1st place. They don’t mention anything about adoption behind the door. They just say you can’t go in there. I am still searching for a dog like Tabitha that seems to be never be found thanks to a hit and run. People care more about drugs and alcohol than looking out for animals. I just hope these people don’t have kids. Psychological abuse on them too. The circle continues. When it ends, nobody knows for it’s about control and power.

Picket up my rescue Levi and we've been unseparable. Got all my questions answered and all the staff was friendly. I wish people would donate to them more often. I Know I will. Those inocent baby's. Try to rescue before you pay thousands on a pure breed puppy.

They have one person Erin that works there that's good. Other than that they took $350 from me and only return half of the money and now they're going to adopt the dog again and make double on the dog. You have the Wonder how many times they do this with how many dogs It's not a puppy mill a dog Mill. It's a money Mill. If you want a dog go to a reputable place
