Saguaro Day Spa

Went here with my boyfriend for a relaxing weekend in door county. The ladies here are so wonderful and made our first message experience amazing! We wanted to have a longer one if felt so good! The pedicures left our legs and feet feel super smooth I felt bad walking on all the work that's put into them.

LOVED MY VISIT. Went with a friend for her birthday and the staff gave us the full spa experience; they made it fun and relaxing. Beautiful interior, very rustic cowboy meets the Northwoods. They provide water and tea in their very large sitting area. You can cozy up to the fire and have a beautiful view of a Wisconsin Prairie and the woods. Just one, very large, problem. BOOKING IS A NIGHTMARE. I was rechedualed 3 different time because of multiple mistakes that thevreceptionis made. Then once we were there, they didn't have scheduled the added services (warm bamboo [which must be prepared ahead of time] and aroma therapy) we wanted added to our massages. Luckily the masseuses were very understanding and apologetic. We were not able to experience the warm bamboo but they did take some extra time to provide us with the aroma therapy. They did a terrific job! BE SURE TO VERIFY DATE OF YOUR VISIT AND WHAT SERVICES YOU ARE GETTING.

Massage therapist was great! I had a therapeutic massage. Have had great pedicures here, too.

I will start with the positive- I had a very pleasant massage here and it was well worth the money that I paid for. The massage therapist was very professional and helpful. Now here's the negative that I am NOT happy about- I came in with shellac on my toe nails. This spa evidentially does not use shellac (a fact that I was not informed of when I booked the appointment). Because I had shellac on my toes and the nail tech had to remove it, I was not given any other treatments that were supposed to come along with the spa pedicure. My nails were cut, shaped, and painted and that's it. I was NOT given the following directly off of their menu because it took too much time to remove my shellac: -exfoliation -hot towels -masque -massage I'm sorry if I'm wrong to at least expect a massage at a pedicure. My polish was also smudged and my nails weren't filed straight. I'll probably be redoing my own nails at home within the next few days. Furthermore- the menu says the pedicure is supposed to last for 60 minutes and mine lasted about 45 minutes. I should note that their website does mention removing gel polish before your appointment, but we scheduled everything via phone call and weren't given these instructions. I even asked if I could be charged less since I didn't get the full service and I was still required to pay full price. In conclusion- Go for the massage! It's great! Skip the nail services...
