Sai Biryani point

I placed an order on THEIR website and paid with my credit card. I received an email with my receipt and headed to the restaurant to retrieve my online order. I told them I was there to pick up my online order only for them to say they do not accept online orders and they only process payments in store with cash or card swipe. They tried to get me to leave the restaurant. I showed them my receipt with the name of their restaurant and location as well as what I ordered and showed that my credit card was processed. The lady behind the counter tried to act like she didn’t understand what I was saying. She then said she would fulfill my order but only THIS time. There will definitely not be a next time! How do you have a website that accepts and allows customers to place online orders and then turn them away when they come in? Very unprofessional and the food wasn’t even all that great.

Best lamb biryani in town. Very friendly staff. This place is excellent for takeouts. But from the looks of it I have serious concern about cleanliness and hygiene. If you are like me who cares more about the taste then this place will not disappoint you.

Best goat I've had in Memphis, both Biryani and Curry. Reasonably priced with shareable portions. Easily fed 5 with 4 plates.

Went here for lunch with a group of 5. Our Server immediately recommendd the perfect blend of chicken and goat biryani dishes for our table to share. The spice and flavor were so authentic. Will be returning the next time I get the craving for true Indian Cuisine!
