Saigon Basil

This place is amazing. Best pho I’ve had in the metro Denver area, for a really fair price. So authentic. It does get very busy during peak hours (a good sign obviously), so if you’re not looking to spend a decent amount of time here, I would recommend going the take-out route. My wife and I love it both ways! We’re honestly addicted and have been there 1-3 times weekly since we discovered it about a month ago.

Been here a couple of times. I go there for the fried rice. Once I tried a snack (can’t remember the name) that was made out of a small hard taco-like shells with mayo and maybe some meat/fish in the center. It came with an orange colored dip. It was exquisite!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado, always great food no matter what you order. We always get the huge appetizer platter where you make your own spring rolls. Also shaken beef and any of their lemongrass dishes. Their pho isn't the greatest but they have a good spiced beef noodle soup alternative.

Really busy place. Seems like they should hire a couple more hands to help. But over all great food.

Highly recommended in the vietnamese community. The servers don't rush you for the check and are very helpful and friendly. The food is great! They have many great selections to choose from, I recommend the coconut Boba to wash it down.
