March 30, 17 Want to share the excellent service we received there on the second floor office. Easy access close parking even though my 99 year old auntie has no blue handicap parking card! Greeted kindly by receptionist. Wait time was minimal and the staff administrator was perfect to assist my auntie with a strong independent personality and very hard of hearing. We had the correct paperwork that the card and application ER Registration at Salem Health gave her and instructed us to bring with us the day before. Lori was gracious and made my auntie feel very special and assisted her with this kind charity for her to use, when she will go to her first primary care appointment doc in 35 years. Her primary doc passed away, she never had no reason to get one till now she told Lori. Thank you Salem Health Financial Assistance. Auntie is blessed to go to Salem Health ER and now will go to her first appt as scheduled with a primary care doc in many years.

The doors were locked. When I called the financial services number, I was told that they were on a lunch break from 11:30-1:30. I was there before 11:30. The hours on the door stated Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
