A wonderful place to shop. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend stopping in.

Rude workers and managers make this a terrible place to shop. I’m a professional stylist who have come in and asked why there are not more products geared around multiethnic hair and still there are no changes in the products they carry. I’ve been followed in this store which is truly based on profiling but trust I’ve never stolen anything in my life. This place needs to either close down or corporate needs to monitor it a lot closer as if this happens to me again I will record the incident and make it go viral!

Went and bought hair dye ended up totaling 29.08 I handed the cashier 2 $20 bills and she only returned .92 cents she asked if I wanted the receipt with me or in the bag I figured she'd put the $10 in with the receipt I said with me I folded the receipt and stuck it in my purse,,,the next morning I went to put gas and realized I didn't get the $10 since she had said she had a long day I completely understood and I called to try and fix the error,well to my surprise the register was not over $10 when I asked to have them check the cameras so that I could get my money back they said they couldn't do that customer service said the same because she hit that I handed her $30 that was ig set in stone because I just got jipped $10 which I wouldn't make such a big deal of if I had that kind of money to just be throwing away but as a single mother of 2 I can't afford to loose money! I'm not saying that she pocketed the money but she may have payed it down or handed someone else $10 to much I'm not sure where my money went but with the horrible customer service I received from the store manager trying to regain my money back I can with 100% certainty tell you that Sally's just lost a loyal and frequent customer! Not only for a $10 loss but because they were so rude while "helping"!

The manager is very rude! I don't usually comment things like this, but have heard this from numerous people.
