99% of the time I go into Sally's the sales clerks are extraordinary! They go above and beyond the call of duty. However, this evening 12/4/17 was the rudest, smart Alec troll I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She argued with me about what I thought would look good She told me that I didn't have "virgin hair" so a complete line of products were off limits to me. My husband was with me and said " Hey babe, what do you think of this color?" Before I could answer, she snorted in a condescending way. Also, I am not one to pick on looks but this girl didn't have any make up on and her hair was in the messiest ponytail I have ever seen. I love Sally's and hate to see people bring down one of my favorite places with their crappy attitude and poor hygiene.

Horrible customer service! Due to my incident at this location and dealing with management I will never shop at Sally’s again

My wife loves this place and I have plenty to like as well. However, the employee tonight was not the pleasant service we usually experience. They lost a sale tonight.

Everyone that works at Sallys in this store ,are sooo helpful,kind,and go the extra mile to help in every way! The store is always clean and organized so nice!
