I hadn't dyed my hair in ages and the ladies at the store were the absolute best in helping me find exactly what I was looking for! Jerica walked me through the process and explained anything else that may have come in handy to make the process easier. Most places would have treated me like I was an idiot, which is why I quit dying my hair to begin with, but it was wonderful to walk into a place and actually get the help I was looking for! The end result was better than I had been prepared for and it was all thanks to the extremely nice ladies who were working that evening! Thanks for the help!

If I could give this store a zero I would. The lady was rude and didn't care about her customers. I walked in on her belittling another employee. If you come here. DO NOT check out with Sheri. Rude disrespectful cretin and shouldnt be allowed to be manager of anywhere. If anyone else has had problems with her speak up, unless this was just a fluke.

The store has a good amount of beauty supplies and different brands, but the customer service is awful. The lady in the register didn't have a clue about beauty supplies, procedures or anything about cosmetology in general. When I asked her for help, she couldn't give me any good advice and then returned back to her cell phone ignoring that I was still there.

They were very helpful. Not only did they check in back, the found something similar to substitute. Very friendly & courteous.
