Wonderful staff at both locations. I would love it if they had a larger nail section though. Over all they have what you need and are always having great deals.

I had been a loyal shopper at Peels/Salon Centric for over 15 years. While I appreciated the newer facility and extended hours at the new Salon Centric location, it was apparent that it was being mis-managed. The staff clearly demonstrates a lack of vested interest in the company and it shows. The stock supply is unreliable, the prices are rarely displayed in way the customers can compare without asking, the staff always seems pre-occupied (I can recall several examples), the staff isn't very knowledgeable and seem to lack the mental capacity to solve problems. I might have continued shopping there despite these annoyances if it weren't for the customer service being just downright disrespectful! Again, it is clear that no one there has any vested interest in the success of the company. If there was much (if any) competition locally, they'd be out of business!
