They should read there love it or returned policy selling bad hair products and Plus not wanting to refund or exchange it I wish I could post a picture of what the product looks like and the girl say that's normal...

I was in there today. Not only did the girl give me the wrong advice and end up with me wasting my money on products that I have now used and can't return, but she spent the entire transaction on the phone with her mom. You could hear her arguing with her mom all over the store on her cell phone. And the products that she sold me did not do what she promised they would do. Not to mention my friend had to wait 10 minutes and I had to go to the back to grab her to let her know that we were ready. I was very disappointed in the service here and I will not be back.

The employees were very friendly. I came in for a set of clippers and got so much advice and help. I definitely recommend this place. The reviews had me worried, but I had a great experience.
