The customer service is poor. I came in to purchase hair products and gave them $100 bill. The cashier asked me to go to a store and get change. I could not believe what I was hearing. There was no sign that stated “No $100 bills excepted. This is poor customer service. I did not feel welcomed as I come to this store often to purchase hair products. I am not a happy customer.

This place is terrible!! If the staff was trained like they are trained to follow/watch people they would have the best customer service in the world!!The prices are high and attitudes stuckand the staff need better training..

I love this store. They Darn there have everything I want or need to find. The associate (especially the one with the tatoo😘) Are so nice and they know their store/stuff! Yea you'll be happy you came in! Ok

It's true. The worse customer service I've had ever. I was just thrown out of the store and told to never come back. I admit I was irate but they were all over me. Its not the first time they've treated me less than. They do have a good selection with good prices but they walk up and down the aisles while you're trying to shop. They are so rude especially if you want to try on a wig.. They watch you like a hawk. As soon as you pick up something they come to you and say something like if you open it you have to buy it. Its so uncomfortable And upsetting.

This is my fav beauty supply store. I live in fort bragg nc and literally wait til I'm come to work in Raleigh to go the beauty supply store..
